A neighbourhood in Kuala Lumpur's north with its own KTM station, a lake on either side of the tracks, and three residences within ten minutes' walk of the platform. This is the independent guide to it — with Kevin Lee on hand when you're ready to visit.
Taman Wahyu sits on the KTM Komuter line, one stop from Batu Caves and seven from KL Sentral. West of the tracks lies the Jinjang retention lake; to the east are the Sungai Batu retention pond and Batu Metropolitan Park, whose entrance is a seven-minute walk from the station. Between the water, three residences — one newly launched, two completed — offer a genuine choice.
Before you decide, walk from the residence you like to the platform at the hour you would actually travel. Those few minutes tell you more than any brochure.

Two 53-storey towers of serviced residences beside the station, with layouts from 735 to 1,836 sq ft and more than 60 facilities. Expected completion 2031.

Freehold towers on 9.6 acres, a six-minute walk north of the platform.
Mah Sing
Completed towers along the Jinjang retention lake, with three-bedroom layouts of 976 to 1,341 sq ft.

The new launch
TSLAW Land's two towers take their cue from yutori — the Japanese idea of room to breathe — with a Level 11 deck of pools, gardens and courts, and a 0.4-acre private park for residents.
Getting around
Taman Wahyu has its own stop on the KTM Komuter Batu Caves–Pulau Sebang Line. One stop south, Kampung Batu connects to the MRT Putrajaya Line.
