Six things to check.
A completed home lets you see exactly what you are buying. Use that advantage: visit twice before you decide.
- Title and tenureConfirm the individual strata title, the tenure on it and — for leasehold — the years remaining.
- ChargesAsk for the current maintenance and sinking fund charges, and whether the account is up to date.
- Car parkCheck how many bays come with the unit, and where they are.
